Kids Valentine’s Day String Art Class
The Fremont Area Art Association is offering a Valentine’s Day string art class for kids. The class will take place from 2-3:30 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 13.
Kids will create a three-dimensional, Valentine-themed art piece using string and a bit of geometry. The class is open to kids ages 5 and up. The cost is $10 for art association members and $12 for non-members. The cost includes supplies. However, the class is limited to 20 students. To register, visit Gallery 92 West at 92 W. RBJ Trio
Saturday evening February 13, at 7 p.m., the Fremont Opera House is hosting the RBJ Trio from Des Moines. The trio plays a variety of music based around the folk tunes of the 50s, 60s and 70s including the Beatles, Willie Nelson, Simon and Garfunkle and many more! In addition to great music, patrons can get complimentary beverages and a special Valentine’s Day treat.

Tin Lizzy Tavern
Tin Lizzy Tavern will host their favorite country band, Crossfire, Saturday night starting at 9 p.m.
On Sunday, “Shred Your Ex and Find Your Next,” at Tin Lizzy’s. Enjoy the music of Bobby Figueroa beginning at 7 p.m., with drink specials all night. Bring a photo of your ex to shred and perhaps you can meet someone new.
